My love for yoga began to develop in 2010 when I was searching for an outlet to relieve stress. As my journey with yoga continues, I find myself on a continuing path of love and openness to the world around me.
With a passion for serving and teaching others, I knew I wanted to become a yoga instructor. After practicing on my own for over 4 years, I finally found myself in 2014 in a place where I could complete my Teacher Training. I received my RYT 200 and 300 hour Yoga Alliance certification through Yahweh Yoga in Chandler Az. I have been trained in Anusara, Bikram, Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Yin styles of yoga. I am currently an ERYT-500 certified with Yoga Alliance.
I am committed to providing instruction and support to students to help them cultivate self-love and confidence. I encourage students to strive for authenticity instead of perfection and to use yoga to create an overall sense of well-being and inner peace.
Gina Carter
Yoga Instructor
Gina is a Certified Massage and Bodywork Therapist specializing in Holistic
Energy Healing and Counseling.
She had her first experience with Yoga in the early 1980’s practicing Hatha
Yoga,Vinyasa flow, Kundalini Yoga and later Bikram Hot Yoga. It wasn’t until
her traveling journeys that she realized her immense love for the gentle flow
and true meaning of the Yogic life with Hatha Yoga. It was then she
decided to become “the true teacher”.
Gina is a certified Hatha Yoga Teacher, E-RYT-500, Certified Meditation
Teacher
She is certified in Yoga Nidra, Pranayama Breathing, Hatha Restorative
Yoga, Yogic Kriyas, Yoga for the Heart,Yoga for Arthritis and others.


Lynn Dyer
Yoga Instructor
Lynns first yoga class was more than 20 years ago when she was hooked from the start. She has been teaching yoga for 12 plus years and she is registered with Yoga Alliance with more than 5000 hours of teaching experience. Teaching yoga is a love of hers.
